Frequently asked Questions
Everything about ordering, paying and downloading.
How do I receive my audiobook?
Right after payment you get a personal download link — on the confirmation page and by e-mail. It is a high-quality MP3 file you can keep forever.
Which payment methods are available?
Card payment via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex — plus Apple Pay / Google Pay depending on your browser) or classic bank transfer against invoice.
Card payment: how long does the download take to unlock?
Usually seconds. After the Stripe checkout you are redirected back to your download page, which checks automatically until your payment is confirmed. In rare cases it can take a few minutes — your link keeps working and unlocks by itself. No need to re-order.
Bank transfer: when do I get the link?
As soon as your payment arrives on our account (typically 1–2 business days within Switzerland/EU/SEPA). We will notify you by e-mail.
What format is the audiobook?
MP3 at high quality — plays on every phone, tablet, computer and car radio. No app, no DRM, no account required. Your download is a ZIP archive that contains the MP3 files (a standard format every computer and modern phone can open).
How do I open the ZIP file?
Windows: double-click the downloaded file, then "Extract all" — or right-click → Extract All. Mac: double-click — it unpacks automatically. iPhone/iPad: tap the download, then tap the ZIP in the Files app (iOS 16+). Android: Files app → Downloads → tap the ZIP → "Extract". Stuck? Write to info@sigsten.org and we'll help immediately.
Your personal download link can be used 5 times — enough for your phone, tablet, computer and a backup. Need it re-activated for a new device later? Just write to info@sigsten.org.
Can I listen before buying?
Yes — every audiobook has a free sample on its product page.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. The order confirmation e-mail serves as your invoice, including VAT. Need it for a company with a VAT-ID? Just mention it in the order message field.
What if the download doesn't work?
Contact info@sigsten.org with your order e-mail and we will help immediately.
Why does the right of withdrawal not apply?
Under Swiss law there is no statutory consumer right of withdrawal. As a goodwill gesture we refund orders cancelled before the download link is used. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, the 14-day withdrawal right of your local law applies, but lapses for digital content once you download the file with your explicit consent — which you confirm before ordering.
