What we collect (and what we don't)
We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. No third-party fonts, no external embeds on this site.
When you place an order we store: your name, e-mail address, the ordered product, quantity, payment method, and a download token — solely to process your order (Art. 6 para. 1(b) revDSG and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual processing).
Order data is kept for 10 years as required by Swiss accounting law (OR/DBG).
Payment processor Stripe
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you continue to checkout, Stripe receives your payment data and technical data (IP address, device/browser information). See Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/legal/privacy-policy. Stripe may be required to pass data to banks/card networks as part of payment processing.
Web server logs
Our self-hosted server writes minimal technical logs for security and error diagnosis, deleted after a few days. They never contain your order contents.
Your rights
Under the revised Swiss FADP (revDSG) you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, and portability of your data, and you may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If you are in the EU/EEA, you additionally have GDPR rights (restriction, objection) and may complain to your local data protection authority. Contact info@sigsten.org for any request.
Order notifications are sent from our own mail server (no third-party mail provider). E-mail addresses are used solely for order processing and never passed on for marketing.
